ORDERS

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order before it has shipped. We use USPS for shipping. 

Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?

Once the order has been placed, we cannot make any changes to your order. Please double check before submitting your order.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How long will shipping take?

Shipping takes 2-3 business days once it has left our facility. You will receive a tracking number to know exactly where your order is at all times. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, We offer international shipping through FedEx and USPS. 

I think my package was lost/stolen. What do I do?

In the event that your package is lost or stolen during the delivery process. Please contact the carrier listed on your tracking information. Once the package has left our facility, we are no longer responsible for them.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No - ALL  sales are final.

However, in the event that we send you the incorrect item or size, please notify us within 7 business days of receiving item. We will allow a return or exchange as an exception for our error.

REFUNDS

Do you allow refunds on returned items?

We do not allow refunds; however, we will allow store credit in the event that the wrong item was received.
